About
About Zamya
Zamya helps healthcare clinics improve efficiency, reduce unnecessary operating costs, strengthen service quality, and create a better experience for patients and staff.
Our approach
Our approach starts with understanding how the clinic operates day to day. We work closely with staff to identify bottlenecks, unnecessary steps, capacity constraints, and opportunities to improve workflow. We then design practical solutions tailored to the clinic, using proven methods such as Lean Six Sigma, process improvement, project management, change management, and technology where it adds real value.
We do not stop at recommendations. Zamya supports implementation, staff training, and adoption so improvements become part of everyday operations. Our goal is to leave clinics with stronger processes, clearer measures, and the tools needed to sustain progress over time.
On client results
We do not publish them. The work behind those numbers was done inside institutions that never signed up to be marketing material, and we will extend your clinic the same courtesy. We are glad to go through it in detail in a room with you. It is simply not going on a website.
What you can judge instead is the method. Every stage is written out: what we look at, what we change, and how we make it hold. And the diagnostic itself is on site and free, so you can watch us work before any money changes hands.
What you can expect from us
-
You will never get a recommendation we have not watched happen.
The first stage is days on your floor, shadowing the work and listening to the people doing it. Anything we propose, we saw happen in your building on an ordinary day.
-
You get changes, not findings.
Every line of what we hand over carries one name and one date. A recommendation without an owner is an observation, and you already have plenty of those.
-
You will hear where AI does not belong.
We build automation where the work genuinely repeats. Where it touches clinical judgement or patient data that should not move, we will say so. And sometimes the honest answer is that your problem is staffing rather than process, and there is nothing here worth paying us for.
-
Your patient information stays where it is.
This work is about how your clinic runs, not about who your patients are. We do not need access to charts, and we do not ask for them.
Complimentary Clinic Operations Diagnostic
Start with a clear view of where your clinic can improve.
We spend up to three days reviewing your clinic’s day-to-day operations, based on its size and complexity. Through observation, workflow review, and focused staff input, we identify the areas creating the greatest operational pressure, inefficiency, or unnecessary cost.
Within one week, you receive a concise summary outlining:
- your top three improvement opportunities
- where time, capacity, or resources may be lost
- the likely impact on staff, patients, and operating costs
- practical recommendations and next steps
No cost. No obligation. The findings are yours to keep whether or not you choose to continue with Zamya.
